Terms of Service

1. Who we are

ExamPass.ai is operated by AJKB Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. When these Terms refer to "we", "us", or "our", they mean AJKB Solutions Ltd.

By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

If you are under 18, we recommend that a parent or guardian reads these Terms with you.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account on ExamPass.ai. If you are under 13, a parent or guardian must register on your behalf.

If you are under 18, your parent or guardian is responsible for your use of the platform and any purchases made through your account.

By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are eligible to use the platform under these Terms.

3. The service — what ExamPass.ai is and is not

ExamPass.ai provides AI-generated revision tools including exam questions by topic, exam papers, mark schemes, and automated marking of handwritten answers.

AI marking provides indicative feedback to support your revision. It is not an official grade and should not be treated as one. Marks may differ from what a human examiner would award. Always review AI feedback alongside your teacher's guidance and the mark scheme provided.

ExamPass.ai is a revision support tool. It is not a substitute for school, college, teacher feedback, or formal assessment.

4. Free sample questions

The free sample questions are limited to one per account. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free question sets is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

Exam papers are a paid feature from the first use — no free sample exam paper is offered.

5. Payments

ExamPass.ai offers two ways to pay: monthly subscriptions and one-time credit packs. Both are described on the Credits page.

Monthly subscriptions

Subscriptions give you a monthly allowance of exam papers, AI marking, and exam question sets. The specific allowance for each plan is shown on the Credits page at the time of purchase.

• Your allowance resets on your billing anniversary each month. Unused exam papers or exam question sets do not roll over.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible from your account dashboard. Access continues until the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again after cancelling.
• If a payment fails, we will show an amber warning on your dashboard. Access continues while Stripe automatically retries the payment. If retries are exhausted and payment is not recovered, your subscription will lapse.

Credit packs

Credit packs give you access to exam paper generation, AI marking, and (depending on the pack) additional exam question sets. The specific entitlements for each pack are described on the Credits page at the time of purchase.

All credit packs expire 6 months from the date of purchase. Any unused credits at the point of expiry are forfeited. Expiry dates are shown on the Credits page and are not extended under any circumstances.

If you hold an active subscription, your monthly subscription allowance is used first. Credit pack credits are only consumed once your subscription allowance for that month is exhausted.

Payments

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never receive or store your card details. By completing a purchase you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

No refunds

Credit packs are digital products that give you immediate access to content. By completing your purchase, you expressly request that we begin delivering the service immediately and you acknowledge that you waive your 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, as permitted for digital content with immediate delivery. Credit packs are therefore non-refundable once purchased.

For monthly subscriptions, no refund is given for any remaining days in a billing period after cancellation — access simply continues to the end of that period.

We encourage you to use the free sample questions before buying to make sure ExamPass.ai is right for you.

The only exception to the no-refund policy is where a verified technical fault on our side has prevented you from accessing something you paid for. In that case, please contact us at [email protected] and we will resolve it promptly.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use ExamPass.ai for your own personal revision only. You must not:

• Share, resell, publish, or distribute AI-generated papers, questions, or mark schemes to others
• Use the platform on behalf of someone else to generate content for their use while consuming your own credits
• Attempt to circumvent credit checks, access controls, or rate limits
• Create multiple accounts to obtain additional free sample question sets or to abuse any promotional offer
• Upload content that is illegal, offensive, or that you do not have the right to share
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the platform or its content
• Interfere with the security or availability of the service

Breach of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

7. Intellectual property

The ExamPass.ai platform, its design, and all AI-generated content (including exam questions, exam papers, and mark schemes) are owned by or licensed to AJKB Solutions Ltd.

When you purchase a credit pack, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the generated content for your own revision. This licence does not allow you to share, reproduce, or publish that content for any other purpose.

You retain ownership of any handwritten answers you upload. By uploading them, you grant us a limited licence to process them for the purpose of AI marking, as described in our Privacy.

8. AI limitations and no warranty

ExamPass.ai uses artificial intelligence to generate questions, papers, mark schemes, and marking feedback. AI is not perfect. We make no warranty that:

• Generated content is accurate, complete, or free from errors
• AI marking will match the mark a human examiner would award
• The platform will be available without interruption or error
• Using ExamPass.ai will improve your exam results

The platform is provided "as is" for revision support purposes. Always verify AI-generated content against your syllabus and consult your teacher for guidance on your progress.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, AJKB Solutions Ltd is not liable for:

• Your exam results or academic outcomes
• Decisions made in reliance on AI-generated marks or feedback
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of the platform
• Loss of data, interruption of service, or errors in AI-generated content

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability to you in connection with these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Your statutory rights as a UK consumer are not affected by these Terms.

10. Account suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. Closing your account does not entitle you to a refund of unused credits.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in abusive or fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. In cases of serious breach, no refund will be given.

Accounts that are inactive for 6 months are subject to deletion following a warning email, as described in our Privacy.

11. Changes to the service and these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes — for example, to the refund policy or acceptable use rules — we will notify you at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We may also change, suspend, or withdraw features of the platform at any time. We will give reasonable notice where possible, particularly where a change affects paid features.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of ExamPass.ai will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer based in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your home jurisdiction.
